Olaf Meeuwissen 6c44a604b1 Fix build failure 
The CI_REGISTRY_IMAGE variable should not be eval'd.  In addition, it
seems safer to run the pipe in a subshell to avoid issues with the &&
chaining.

Devuan Docker Base Images

Not quite happy with the state of Devuan Docker images on the Docker Hub, I decided to roll my own. First cut is just a migration from the Debian images following the instructions.

You can pull this image with

docker pull registry.gitlab.com/paddy-hack/devuan
