Fix ldconfig trigger

dh_makeshlibs invokes ldconfig trigger for libwlroots.so.* which is installed under /usr/lib/hyprland. We depend on RPATH on the hyprland binary, so this is not required. Reference: https://wiki.debian.org/RpathIssue
