alan (NyxTrail) 512732e8b9 Split into several packages 
- moved backgrounds to a 'hyprland-backgrounds' package
  Need further testing. Had noticed some artifacting a while back
  when no background is set.
- moved all include/* files to a 'hyprland-dev' package
