[Templates][Added] CheckZoneFill aborts on big changes
- Enables the check_zone_fill preflight
- Creates graphical diff
- Computes the number of changes

Renamed the kiplot module as kibot.
Also added src/kibot script.
Updated the documentation and Debian packaging.
The default extension for config files now is .kibot.yaml
