Tropea	0e7121dc3d	Now configuration sections are parsed in a fixed order - This allows a predictable behavior, the YAML is converted to a dict, so you can't trust in the order of the keys. - It avoids misstakes - Allows using %V/v in preflights, even if globals are declared latter.
