Made the ibom output smarter about the netlist
- Now a warning is issued if needed and absent
- We now also pass it to iBoM if needed and is there

File name patterns are allowed for the `netlist_file` option.
- Closes #33
- File name patterns: %F is the name of the source file without
extension, but with the path.
