Added workaround for KiCad 5.99 bug.
PCB_PLOT_PARAMS.SetPlotMode argument values (SKETCH and FILLED) are
missing.

Renamed the kiplot module as kibot.
Also added src/kibot script.
Updated the documentation and Debian packaging.
The default extension for config files now is .kibot.yaml
