Added retry to kicad-automation-scripts stuff.
The tests are metastable and fail from time to time.
I hope a retry will reduce the fail probability to something tolerable.

Renamed the kiplot module as kibot.
Also added src/kibot script.
Updated the documentation and Debian packaging.
The default extension for config files now is .kibot.yaml
