- This patch also changes the logging initialization, that was broken at
some recent point.
- Also adds tests to ensure the mechanism used to avoid repeated

Renamed the kiplot module as kibot.
...
Also added src/kibot script.
Updated the documentation and Debian packaging.
The default extension for config files now is .kibot.yaml
