Peter Johanson abe09d32e0 refactor(boards): Move to ZMK specific variants for the nRFMicro board 
For consistency, adjust the nRFMicro board definition to offer a
"vanilla" Zephyr board, and then ZMK variants, e.g.
`nrfmicro/nrf52840/zmk`.

Peter Johanson 690bc1bb44 refactor: Move drivers into properly module. 
* Align our driver module layout to properly match Zephyr conventions,
  allowing proper CMake setup to amend the library for each type of driver.
