Add a new "runtime combo" concept. Much like reserved layers for keymaps, users can add any number of additional combos with `status = "reserved"` to add extra combos that can be created at runtime. Persistance of runtime combos to the settings subsystem will be added in a follow-up commit. Runtime combos are identified by an "id" value, since they may be sorted based on runtime changes to preserve the fast combo expectations when keys are pressed. |
