alan (NyxTrail) 3dd95a8fde Fix ldconfig trigger 
dh_makeshlibs invokes ldconfig trigger for libwlroots.so.* which
is installed under /usr/lib/hyprland. We depend on RPATH on the
hyprland binary, so this is not required.
