Salvador E. Tropea d201843b6a File name patterns are allowed for the `netlist_file` option.

- File name patterns: %F is the name of the source file without
  extension, but with the path.

SET 89914443f0 Renamed the kiplot module as kibot. 
Also added src/kibot script.
Updated the documentation and Debian packaging.
The default extension for config files now is .kibot.yaml
