Added black drill holes to the `pcb_print` output
...
- Disabled the frame ref for KiCad 5. Doesn't work.
- Changed reports to use these PDFs. They are vector graphics.

Finished adding all the plot options to `pcb_print`
...
- Now is you can get most of the good things from both: print and plot
in the same output.
- Is usually much faster than `pdf_pcb_print`
